Chicken Go

Chicken Go operates on a trajectory-based physics engine where you draw the flight path for your glider chickens across desert canyons. The core mechanic revolves around reading wind currents displayed on-screen and adjusting your drawn arc to compensate for lateral drift. Each glider has unique handling characteristics measured in five stats: airspeed velocity units per second, turn rate in degrees per second, sink rate in altitude per second, wind gain multiplier, and entry altitude threshold.

The hangar system lets you manage up to six active gliders simultaneously, switching between two tabs: Speed Desk for rapid-launch birds and All Meridian for the complete fleet roster. Progression is shift-based, meaning you unlock advanced gliders like Kestrel Nine or Dusk Courier by clearing specific mission shifts numbered five through thirteen. Each cleared shift adds a new bird to your collection and opens corresponding entries in the Valley Almanac.

Customization goes beyond selection with a field photo system that captures your glider mid-flight, callsign assignment for personalization, and detailed stat tracking for every bird in your fleet. The almanac logs eight air phenomena and six fleet characters, rewarding exploration with documentation of your discoveries as you master the wind physics across increasingly challenging desert terrain.
